Villa Petaloutha is situated on a hill top just outside Glossa village. This position affords truly remarkable views across the Aegean sea and distant islands to the Greek mainland. Terraces surround the villa so there is always a perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the amazing views and dramatic sunsets.
Villa Petaloutha is conveniently located, only a few minutes drive from lovely local beaches and the church of Agios Yannis, the chapel on the rock from the Mamma Mia film. The traditional village of Glossa with its tavernas and restaurants is only a short drive.
This property is an architect designed home. Decorated with antiques and modern art pottery, providing a lovely environment both inside and out to enjoy.
Surrounding villa Petaloutha there are several terraces located underneath pine trees ,next to the pool and around the house. All give different aspects to marvel at. In clear weather you can see the distant mountains to the North and North West of Athos, Olympus and Parnasos.
Inside the house the ground floor is an octagonal open plan space for living, dining and cooking fitted out with comfortable seating and interesting artifacts.
